Tax

Per-gateway transaction fees
Auto-detected from orders in the last 90 days. Each gateway has its own (%, fixed/order) — when set, it overrides the default above for that gateway's orders.
Media-buyer periods
The first period's start date = the day you began working with a media buyer. The % is applied to the day's ad spend (not revenue); Fixed/month is a flat retainer prorated per day. Add a new row whenever the rate (or buyer) changes; leave the previous period's End empty for "open-ended" until you set a new one.
Subscriptions
Recurring monthly costs (Shopify plan, Klaviyo, Tinuiti, …). Per-store applies only to this store; workspace-wide applies to every store and is counted once in the combined view. The monthly cost is prorated per calendar day so partial months reconcile cleanly. Shopify doesn't expose the plan price via API, so enter it manually.
